"As a therapist, I work with clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship issues. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and integrative to meet your unique needs and experiences. I often incorporate self-compassion, acceptance, and mindfulness within my work. Because I aim to create a safe space where you feel comfortable, respected, and empowered, I use a trauma-informed, strength-based, and anti-oppressive framework. Through our work together, I hope to support you in coping with life’s obstacles and connecting with your goals, values, and emotional resilience."
